Chef Dina Knight is a raw and living foods chef, instructor,
personal coach, consultant, and energy healer based outside of Austin, TX.
Dina witnessed the powerful healing achieved through eating an optimal
plant-based whole foods diet following the illnesses of several close family
members. She became passionate about helping others and through her own
personal transformation lost over 115 pounds and 16” from her waist! Chef Dina
Knight is co-founder and executive chef of Greenivore
Inc., and elivinghealth.com where she and her team prepare delicious organic
uncooked vegan fare for celebrities and other individuals who are interested in
consuming high vitality foods that provide optimal health for their bodies and
the planet. Dina is a certified Raw and Living Foods Chef and Instructor from
the Living Light Culinary Academy and under the Alissa Cohen Living on Live
Foods Program. Chef Dina has the ability to transform simple fruits,
vegetables, nuts and seeds into delicious, great tasting gourmet dishes that
are not only flavorful but nutritious as well. Dina brings a variety of skills
to her clients and to the kitchen. She is trained in clinical aromatherapy,
hands-on healing energy work, personal fitness, biochemistry and nutrition. She
is currently writing several books on raw and living foods. She was also the
featured chef in the February issue of Vegan Culinary Experience Magazine and a
sought after presenter for festivals and events all over the country. She is
available for one-on-one consultations, weight-loss support, health and
nutrition assessments, energy healing/aromatherapy sessions, personal chef and
