She became passionate about helping others and through her own personal transformation lost over 115 pounds and 16” from her waist! Chef Dina Knight is co-founder and executive chef of Greenivore Inc., and elivinghealth.com where she and her team prepare delicious organic uncooked vegan fare for celebrities and other individuals who are interested in consuming high vitality foods that provide optimal health for their bodies and the planet. Dina is a certified Raw and Living Foods Chef and Instructor from the Living Light Culinary Academy and under the Alissa Cohen Living on Live Foods Program. Chef Dina has the ability to transform simple fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds into delicious, great tasting gourmet dishes that are not only flavorful but nutritious as well.
