The right kinds of fats are truly essential to our health and well-being! Without enough omega-3/6/9 fatty-acids our brains don't function properly and our cells can't communicate. The right kinds of fat in the right amounts is another key to optimal health and weight loss. When your body is fed the right fuel it can operate optimally, this is truly high-performance food.

What you may not realize is that it’s not just what you eat that matters! There can be underlying factors sabotaging your success including an underactive thyroid, blood sugar imbalances, an overgrowth of Candida, parasites, sluggish bowel, over-acidic body, blocked emotions and hidden food allergies. What's a Greenivore!
What's a Greenivore you might ask?
Well you very likely could be one! See below to see if you fit the Greenivore model and if you do at what level you are?
There are 3 levels of "Greenivore"
Greenivore Level 1: A Green consumer - This is an individual who is ecologically minded, they may recycle, carpool, eat organically grown foods, and make the general connections between their consumer purchases and how this can affect the environment. This person LIVES GREEN! They shop green and they love buying green eco-friendly products! They are a Green Consumer.
Greenivore Level 2: A green Consumer - This is an individual who fulfills the first level of Greenivore but also makes the connection between how their dietary choices also affect the environment. This person will generally eat lower on the food chain and focuses on local, organic sustainable foods that will have the least impact on the environment. This person LIVES GREEN AND EATS GREEN! They know that their food choices do matter not only for their personal health but also the health of the environment. This person will generally be following a plant-based diet.
Greenivore Level 3: A Greens Consumer- This is an individual who fulfills the prior two levels of being a Greenivore but also makes the connection on the importance of actually consuming more greens in their diet. This individual will eat massive amounts of greens, sea vegetation and other mineral rich foods. They will sneak greens into everything. THIS PERSONS, BREATHES, EATS GREEN AND EATS LOTS AND LOTS OF GREENS! This person will generally be following a plant-based diet, with a focus on eating lots of organic, raw and living Greens!
